Children and teenagers’ self-worth workshops
Do you feel that your young person is getting the most out of life?
Do you think they are happy?
Do you think they have a sense of worth?
Learning self-acceptance leads to empowered and encouraged lives.
Young people need to feel good about themselves in order to achieve their true potential. They need to feel:
- Connected to other people.
- That they count to others.
- That they are capable.
- That they have courage.
These are the most important things in a young person’s development.
The workshop aims to:
- Encourage a belief in themselves.
- Give strategies to help decision making.
- Encourage a positive identity.
- Offer problem solving strategies.
- Increase their feelings of belonging to a group and being able to adequately function in their group.
The workshop is experiential, creative, fun and challenging. And will increase your young person’s feelings of confidence and self-esteem.
